Our Story
71lbs was founded by shipping industry insiders who saw two major problems: companies were overpaying on shipping, and they had no visibility into why.
Companies didn't know they were owed refunds for late deliveries. They didn't know what shipping discount percentages they should be getting. They didn't understand their shipping costs well enough to make informed decisions. And billions of dollars were being left on the table as a result.
