71lbs Helps Small Businesses Get Their Due Refunds with Newly Launched S.A.V.E.S. Program

Program Offers Free Service Fee on Shipping Refunds for 24 Months

FORT LAUDERDALE--71lbs, the leader in shipping refunds and shipping spend reduction, today announced a new program focused on helping small businesses get their due refunds from FedEx and UPS.

The S.A.V.E.S. program, or Shipping AdVantages Equals Savings, offers small business owners a free service fee on the 71lbs Late Delivery Refunds service for the first 24 months after signup. This means 100% of the refunds are kept by the business, with no service fee charged. To qualify, the company must not exceed $10,000 in shipping spend per year.

Businesses who enroll in the S.A.V.E.S. program will also join a group of customers with access to several additional services and features offered by 71lbs, each of which is aimed at helping companies to better understand and reduce their shipping costs. Services include shipping insurance, freight/LTL savings programs, lost/damaged refunds and more.

“The S.A.V.E.S. program is the latest in a long line of services offered by 71lbs aimed at democratizing shipping for companies throughout North America,” said Jose Li, Founder and CEO of 71lbs. “Through this program, we’re able to continue our mission to empower small businesses to make better, more informed decisions when it comes to their shipping.”
